Daniel Petri is a world-known IT professional, technical trainer and creator of one of the world's largest IT knowledge bases – www.petri.co.il. For over 12 years this site has helped millions of IT Professionals all across the world, with technologies spanning the entire range of Microsoft-based products along with a few other selected products and technologies.
Daniel currently works as a Senior Premier Field Engineer (PFE) for Microsoft. Please note that all articles published on this website by Daniel were published prior to holding this position at Microsoft. At present, articles that are uploaded to the site are written by 3rd-party writers.
Before joining Microsoft, for his contribution to the IT Pro community, Daniel has received the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for 8 consecutive years.
Daniel's previous job was as the Product Architect for ObserveIT, a company with an innovative product that allows recording and auditing of Terminal server, RDP and Citrix sessions. You can read more about ObserveIT at: www.observeit-sys.com
Prior to that, Daniel has worked as the Microsoft Infrastructure and Security Manager for John Bryce Training, Israel's leading CTEC and computer learning center, with branches in Israel, Europe and China. Daniel has been in charge of leading the companies technological vision, plus developing dedicated training solutions for various clients all over the world.
