Access to local users' properties of a server
Once a server is promoted to a Domain Controller, you lose access to the local user setup. How do I look at the properties for the local Administrator and the Active Directory Restore Mode Administrator username & password?

Use NTDSUTIL as per KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322672
