Hello peeps,
Just a quickie, is there a way that I can remove the visible fields shown in the outlook address book and show different ones? Is there a way of doing it on the Exchange server opposed to having to do it on each individual PC (i.e. I don't want a reg hack!) When you open the address book, you see; Name, Business Phone, Office, Title, Company, Alias, E-mail Type and E-mail Address. I want to remove Alias, E-mail type & address, and show Mobile Number instead as the users don't need to view the alias and email fields.... Thanks, JimWes |

No - you can not change the fields.
But you can change the attributes of each user properties in the GAL using the Templates: http://exchangepedia.com/blog/2006/1...e-to-make.html
