I spent the last 3 months working on a new VMware Server & Workstation video course. I am excited to say that it is now available for sale. I made every effort cover the VMware products from all aspects – designing, installing, creating virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, backups, and performance tuning. Once we covered Server & Workstation, we moved on to our VMware ESX Server overview and our bonus video … VMware ACE.

I feel like this video will be especially helpful to those who have some experience with Windows server administration but need good foundation and intermediate level VMware knowledge.

I actually think that my VMware ESX Server & Virtual Infrastructure video course is the best one I have done (and the sales have reflected that, compared to all the other courses).

I hope that you will consider looking at the ESX course next. I will soon be updating it for VMware ESX4/VI4 (or "vSphere" as it might be called) in the upcoming months.

In my experience video courses work well.

I'll def have a look at the vid as an option when it's updated for vSphere.

One source of info I have found invaluable is Xtravirt's whitepapers. Particularly the one on URL Removed as it requires registrtation to download.
