I'm new to Vista and my son forgot his user password. I went to try to reset as the administrator using F2 and changing the security. However, when I reboot, it takes me back to his login screen and asks for password. When I type in the administrator password, it indicates the username or password is incorrect. Can someone help me out. Thanks!
