Hi to all!
Good day! I'm not that good in configuring firewall specifically the ASA 5510 so I'm wondering if anyone could help me or guide me on how to set-up/configure the ASA 5510. The scenario is that the ASA 5510 on the "DMZ" will be the next-hop of the email traffic specifically web traffic (webmail, basically port 80/443) and that from ASA 5510, it will redirect or point all the web traffic to the mail server that is on the "inside". My question is, since, the ASA 5510 will only act as the who that redirects the traffic, will routing on ASA already enough for it to pass the traffic to the mail server on the "inside"? Also, the one that manages the "inside", "outside" and "dmz" zone is a juniper SSG140 firewall. This means that, the ASA 5510 resides on SSG140 "dmz" zone. ASA 5510 (asa804-k8.bin , asdm-645.bin) SSG140 (NetScreen 6.2.0r11.0) Response will be much appreciated. Thanks and regards. -LA- |
