Default Outlook 2010 not getting Mail
The users were not happy this morning, they couldn't get email. But the server was running and showed no obvious signs of trouble all the services looked to be up.
Nothing was being passed to the BES server, that's why I was at first oblivious to this problem.
I was also able to RDP via mstsc /admin so that was OK.
Rebooted the box and all is now working again.
What I need to know is how to spot this better next time and any other tip it's my first real problem with Exchange 2007 in two years.

No there is nothing obvious in the error logs, the Exchange one is actually empty (should it be ?).
