Default General access denied
When i run the following I get the following problems.



EXECXP_CMDSHELL'cScript put_test.vbs 68888'
General access denied

---------------------------------
EXECXP_CMDSHELL'wScript.exe put_test.vbs 68888'
nothing happens'

When I run the file with .vbs extention on the command prompt it works just fine.
