We have an app that requires users to have a "Network Location" drive mapping. We can do this manually easy enough. Is there way to script this for multiple users?

Yes. Is this computer part of a workgroup or is it joined to a domain?
If it's part of a workgroup use the local policy (run gpedit.msc) and add a logon script. This will apply to all users that logon. If it's a domain, apply a GPO with a logon script configured to the OU containing the users you want to apply it to.

If it is based on network location, consider a site level GPO

Or you could use a script like this: http://blogs.technet.com/b/heyscript...-s-subnet.aspx
