Remote app server:
Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64-bit Dual - Xeon E5640 2.67GHz processors 16.0 GB ram Windows XP Pro, and Windows 7 Pro both have missing 'buttons' on pop-up boxes. These are normally the second to third level of screens to open, as the pop-ups are preferences boxes in the program. The missing 'buttons' appear if the user clicks on the area, but there is nothing there to indicate anything is missing. The program runs perfectly fine in a regular remote desktop session. The Windows 7 machine has Core i7-2630QM 2.0GHz, 8GB ram, and is 64-bit. Thanks |

Make sure the servers and clients are all up to date with patches and service packs.
There is also this patch but you may be out of luck with Windows XP. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/983533
