I have noticed that, with the Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate 64 bit hosts with AMD-ATI graphics cards (with the Catalyst suite), the Unity mode of Workstation 8.x causes the following error with the Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate 64 bit guests:
