Default P2V Exchange 2010 to VMware?
I have an Exchange 2010 environment setup on MS-Hyper-V servers.

I have 2 CASHUB servers and 2 DAG servers. The DAG servers are setup with a heartbeat network to monitor failover possibilities.

Has anyone Converted their Exchange environment similar to mine to VMware?

If so how did you handle the Heartbeat network for the DAGs and also how did you handle it when DRS and/or HA/Vmotion kicked in?

Why bother?
Just build a new server and migrate. Zero downtime and no issues with the conversion.

The general consensus is that you use either DAG or the vendor HA like vMotion, not both.
