I did a system state restore after a fresh install. Now I cannot connect to my active directory, it says dc not responding. Global catalog not found and exchange cannot see my ad either.
My second issue I have a replication partner rdc and it cannot work with exchange when main server is down. |

So you did a system state restore on your DC?
Why? (as in what caused you to have to do it?) What else is in your environment?

Have you verified that one of the DCs if not both are a GC? Have you tried runnign DCDIAG on both DCs?
