For example:
int fa0/0 ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0 no shut ip http server ip http authentication local line vty 0 4 login local privilege level 15 username cisco privilege 15 password cisco ( Need priv 15 for http access to the router) Change your pc nic to an address on the 192.168.1.0/24 subnet. Then connect via CCP and configure away

When I try to setup IP address this message appear "IP addresses may not be configured on L2 links"
Can you please let me know where can I find the default Cisco 800 series config and how can I restore it to my flash |

Looks like that model uses SVI's.
int vlan 1 ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0
