Hi friends, My self Anu Tiger.

Please can anybody tells me how to setup AD + DNS Server + DHCP Server in Windows 2K3 via VMWARE WORKSTATION 8.0?

Same way as you would on a physical server

Assuming this is a new domain for test purposes:
1) Create new Virtual Machine
2) Install Server 2003 (2008R2 is much better)
3) After installatiion, set static IP and then DCPROMO
(you will be given the option to install DNS as part of DCPROMO)
4) Install DHCP role and configure scope
Job Done

Note you should be able to see the new DC from the host PC but it is a very bad idea to join the host to that domain as every time you start the host, it will try to authenticate against a virtual DC which has probably not yet started.
