Word 2007 - Option Button
I created a word document that has multiple sentences that require a yes or no for each sentence. I used the Active X Controls and selected Option button for each line; however if I select Yes on line one and then select Yes on line 2 it removes the answer from line one. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you

Can you attach the actual document for people to look at (remove anything sensitive first) as without it there is not much that can be advised
