I am a newbie to active directory. I want to know what is remote control and how to use it?

I have two DCs' and a client machine. One of the dcs is an additional DC in which I have installed the Remote Desktop services role. Now I have a user called ruser. I am using that user to test out all the settings in user properties. Now I am at the Remote Control tab and I have no idea what it does?

So, I want to know how to test out all the settings under remote control tab of user properties.

Please somebody give me step-by-step information on how I can do this.

For example, I can use ruser to login to the dc with rds installed. Once I logged in how do I remotely control the user session?
