Question multiple documents re-alligning in office 2003

Hello!

I use existing documents as templates. for some reason, they are aligned right-to-left instead of left-to-right, and I need to manually adjust each time.

Is there a way to do left-to-right aligning to multiple documents so I make sure all are properly aligned? (same as selecting parts of the document and using left ctrl+shift to align them)

thanks
