Oldest Computer Worked On
I claim the record for having worked on the oldest PC. Image attached as proof of initial O/S install date (I didn't install the O/S).

Ah, that must have been Mr Wells -- reinstalled after returning in his Time Machine
What is really worrying is the time it has taken you to produce this -- nearly 3 years

This is the oldest computer I have memories of having worked on...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PC-1512 Except ours only had one 5.25' drive. Apparently, we had one of these when I was younger (2, instead of 8..) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ti-99 I'm sure someone will come along soon and talk about the PDP they worked on or similar :P
