Most likely causes:

  • You are not connected to the Internet.

What you can try:

Check your Internet connection. Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected.

Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page.

More information

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:
  • Internet connectivity has been lost.
  • The website is temporarily unavailable.
  • The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
  • The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.

Smile Re: rebuild Default Web Site

I had a similar problem with a web site on a server.

Solution:
1. Open IIS Manager
2. Select Web Page tab
3. Change IP address to All unassigned
4. If the web site also has 443 (SSL) configured, click on Advanced tab and make sure IP addresses for 443 is also set to All Unassigned
5. Stop/start default web site or www service.

UTFW. Server Management --> Internal Web Site

If you can't fix it from there, post back with the errors.
