Default Draytek App Enforcement working in weird ways

I've just setup a bunch of App Enforcement on a Draytek 2820.
I blocked all the P2P protocols, as well as streaming, tunneling, remote control, WebHD, etc.

I've had someone report to me that he;s working on a Mac, and tryin to refer to JQuery code, and the draytek is blocking it
But ONLY from a mac

I've also had someone earlier today, on Macs as well, tell me that App Enforcement blocked their Github downloads.

and I cdannot for the life of me figure out what protocols are being blocked.

from the windows server, it just seems to not load the page, and not tell me anything at all..
