Access to Root Domain Controllers
My setup is as shown below, a root domain and a child domain, a few DC's at the remote location for the child domain.
Root_Domain.Child_DomainA-----------Firewall-----------Child_DomainA What kind of services/ports do I need to allow between these two locations with respect to root domain controllers? Note: Root DC's only. When do the DC's from a child domain will contact root domain? Last edited by avilt; 29th June 2012 at 09:57.. |

I am aware of those ports, what I am looking for is the communication between root domain controllers and a dc of child domain. (not between the DC's of the same domain)
