Default How to use InfoPath to refresh sharepoint

Hello. I am a new member here! Hopefully this site can help me out.
I have created a 2007 InfoPath form that will be used by our customers to request a service. I have added the form to a Sharepoint site and have created a webpart page so that the customer can see the form and see the queue.
My issue is that when the customer submits the form, I have a popup come up that says "Your form has been submitted and added to the queue". I would like the Sharepoint page to then refresh so that the customer would then see a blank form and their submitted form added to the queue.
I have googled this issue and seen that with InfoPath 2010 there is an option in the data connections for refreshing but with 2007 I don't see it. I have never taken classes on InfoPath, I am just learning from books and google. I don't know anything about code, I just use the items given in Infopath.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Certainly not an expert myself either but have some experience with this. What SharePoint version are you using?
