Is there any method or tool that can force an e-mail with list of recipients or distribution list of more than, say, 10 addresses, to be sent to that list of recipients via BCC: instead of To:. This would be to prevent the accidental disclosure of the members of a directed mass-mailing list to all the members in that list.
We use Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 SP2. Thanks, Carey |
