I have two people working with this printer which is installed on our printserver.

Now the problem is this. When person A changes it to tray 3 for printing from instance it prints on a different tray let's say 2.

So when she selects her intray it doesn't actually select the right tray even though you can see that she actually selected tray 3.

When I check on teh server I can see that a completely other tray is selected. When I select the input trays here on teh print server and do a print. The correct inputtray is selected.

The other person suffers the same problem from a different pc.

What could be the issue??

Is your user printing from Word, by any chance?
There's a known issue with Word, that its settings in Page Setup have precedence over the driver's settings. If this is the case, I would suggest changing the tray in Page Setup menu in Word itself.
As a matter of fact, if you are printing from an application that has a Page Setup option, you should check the settings there as well.
