Outlook 2000 email appear if you click off inbox then back again
Hi,
Recently i have noticed my users are having to click out off their inboxes (maybe into another folder) and back in again and email then appears. If they stay viewing the inbox no messages appear visible. We are using W2K3, exchange 2003, outlook 2000 Has anyone else encoutnered this , does anyone know of a solution ? Thanks |

Have you got the "Unread Messages Filter Turned on"
Which will make the emails dissapear after you have read and email. If so look on the outlook menu and select the following... View - Arrange by - Current view - Messages Will reveal the emails that have dissapeared

I didn't know outlook 2003 cals include a licence for 2003 ! - let me check that out and get upgrading !!!
on the other suggetion, this a problem that appears to be happening to most users, and everyone has view all messages. Any other suggestions ? - pleeeeeeease ? |
