I have a odd problem i can't seem to find an answer to. First off let me explain my set up. I have a user that works from 2 computers on the network a office pc and then the front desk. The network can't handle roaming profiles because it is old and outdated. So what i did so that she has the same work space is just created her profile on both computers then shared her outlook pst file on the server. The problem i'm running into is that she enters contacts in her contact folder and then when she wants to send a message to that person they are not showing up in the address book? Any help would be awsome.

Thread moved to Outlook forum.
As to your question, have you specified that the contacts should show up in the address book? I don't know what version you're running but here's a pic from 2003

Please note that you may also have to add a personal address book for that option Jeremy showed to show up.

Under what circumstances? That option has ALWAYS been there for me...

Ah, yes; Outlook Address Book is the function or service which enables this option; it's not actually an address book in itself. It's also not the same as a "Personal Address Book" which IS actually an Address book.
I do wish M$ would get their sh*t together with contacts

Un-check the box on the one that you don't want to show.... if I'm not understanding you then could you post a screen shot to show what you're talking about?
