Backup OE data - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/270670
Backup Address Book and Mail Folders - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/188854

Just one of several ways.

Simmonna, glad you have found something that works for you. If you are using Office 2000 or 2003 (or even 2007), Outlook is a much better option to use over Outlook Express. Obviously if you don't have a version of Office, Outlook Express will be just ideal for your needs and it does have a few nifty tools and settings that come with it.

Link left as they have a 15 day trial version. Daniel may wish to change that when he gets time to have a look.
