1.after installing customized task form in organizational forms library using outlook,when i open them in exchange server under public folders i get default task form and not customized task form.how do i solve this problem(i am using tools-->options-->other(tab)-->advanced options-->custom forms-->manage forms option ) for installing forms to organizational forms library.is this correct way to install forms on exchange server and make it available to organization?
plz help me as i am new to outlook & exchange server environment
