Hi all,
I was trying to create the new users (at Active Directory Users and Computers) but shows following error:

Windows cannot create the object XYZ123 becuase;
The directory service has exhausted the pool of relative identifiers.

Please, help, how can a new users be created.

It looks like the DC your'e working on cannot communicate with the DC holding the RID role.

It's difficult to say without knowing how your network is setup, but I would find out which system holds the RID role and start there.

If it seems to still be functioning then maybe there is a connectivity problem between the RID Master and the DC you're trying to create objects on.

Just grasping at straws here. But it's a place to start.
