Hi,

SBS server running exchange 2003 (Service packs applied)
Client machine running outlook 2003.

One user has an issue with her send/receive part of outlook.

Emails are coming and going from the client, but the popup 'send and receive' window is sticking at 95%. This is very sporadic.

On viewing the sync log it sticks on "Microsoft Exchange Server - Saving Synchronisation log"

The users mailbox is currently at 1.48gb

It doesn't happen if we log into a different client/machine.

Are there any steps I should be taking to troubleshoot?

Any help would be appreciated.

If the problem doesn't follow the user to another machine, the first thing I would do is drop the OST file. If that doesn't work, then Outlook Profile, followed by Windows Profile. Still fails then the machine will have to be wiped. Reinstalling Outlook will not fix the problem.
