Default allowing non admins change the time zone
I have a very mobile work force that travels around the world. I would like to give them access to change the time zone on their laptops without giving them admin rights. Anyway to do this in GPO?

In addition to the below article these rights can be delegated by using the "user rights assignment" section in GPO also.
