HI
I am looking for settings to block user on my network , From sending .zip , files and also MPEG files
need help

I can do this using Trend Micro Worry Free Business Security.

You can't do it out of the box with Exchange as far as i;m aware, and definitely not for only one user.
You could set up a policy to prevent an email being any larger than say 5KB...

AV is the usual tool used to block messages. Although blocking on extension is easily bypassed, you need to use something that can look at the item and decide what it is. Whether your AV can do it at a user level is something you will need to look at for yourself.
