Default How to reply with multiple domains using Exchange 2003 &

How to reply with multiple domains using Exchange 2003 & Outlook 2003:

I've installed a MS Exchange 2003 Server Standard. We use multiple domains and many users need to reply from the different domains and not only one of them.

They need to choose which adress/domain to send from in in Outlook 2003 e-mail form.

We have installed Outlook 2003 on all the clients.

For example: Garry needs to send e-mail with garry@123.com but also has to send e-mails with garry@abc.com.

Hopfully we dont have to create new users to do this......

Please help...

No, it seems that he still have the same problem.
But the thing is to choose the from fild directly in the email, the user wont click here and there to get this done.

It must be another way?

In Exchange 200X you cannot reply with any other email address other than your primary one.

Period.

Unless you create additional users + mailboxes, give your user account SEND AS permission to the other mailboxes, then you can send email as the other users, i.e. from a different email address.

You can also do the same trick with mail enables public folders.
