Default Exchange and Domain time issues

I have a 2003 domain and installed Exchange 2007 fresh install in this domain. I keep getting a error telling me that the time is off on the exchange server. Times on server and domain are the same.

Error

Log Name: Application
Source: MSExchangeIS
Date: 9/17/2009 1:58:17 PM
Event ID: 5003
Task Category: General
Level: Error
Keywords: Classic
User: N/A
Computer: vpdexchange.PublicSafety.LCL
Description:
Unable to initialize the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service because the clocks on the client and on the server machine are skewed. This may be caused by a time change either in the client or the server machine, and may require a reboot of that machine. Other than that, verify that your domain is properly configured and is currently online.

Default Re: Exchange and Domain time issues

Are the timezones the same?
The error isn't really something that is thrown as a false positive, so would tend to point to something being wrong. I have seen it with the date wrong as well!

Simon.
