Default Remove Trusted objects from Win2k8 Domain

Hello.

I installed a new domain of windows 2003 in an existing Domain Controller of windows server 2008. but unforunatly the windows 2003 domain controller went goes down and formatted the OS.

Now i want to remove all the objects of windows 2003 domain from windows 2008 domain controller such as domain trust objects.

Please advice is required.
