Hello Everyone,
I have a user who can see all emails in his inbox except from a seven day period. Is there anyone who can help on the steps /procedures to restore emails a user accidentally deletes. I have an exchange server 2K3 on W2K3 SP3 and OL 2003 Client on XP Pro desktop.

If you have deleted item retention enabled, then you can restore email from the Dumpster.
There are articles on this site and elsewhere on recovery of deleted items in Exchange. If not, then you will have to restore email from the backup. Exchange doesn't delete email on its own - so the user has done it somehow. Simon.
