Question Time & Date in Domain Controller always 1hour ahead.?

Dear All,

I am facing a problem that my domain controller and the work stations that joined that domain are showing me time one hour ahead for example if it is 10:45am the work stations and domain controller are giving time as 11:45am.

I am in Saudi Arabia and my time zone is set using windows time and date properties> zone GMT + 3 ,city Riyadh.

I have corrected it manually 2/3 times but the next day when I restart my systems it is again one hour ahead.

Please advise how to solve this.
Regards,

sounds like a daylight savings thing.
have you fully patched your Domain controller ?

quite often new DST patches are released, because countries keep changing things around.
