Smile How to kill a remote login session in Windows server 2008?

From the server, do this – When your reach Max connection for RDP
C:>query session [Enter]
It will display all connected users see example below when this command is run:
SESSIONNAME---- USERNAME--- ID--- STATE-- TYPE-- DEVICE
services-----------------------------------0----- Disc
>console----------------------- fani-----1------ Active
rdp-tcp---------------------- -------65536-------Listen
The result above shows that "fani" has session ID# 1, to kill this session run this command:
C:>reset session 1 [Enter]
To kill a session form a remote server or workstation you must specify the target server see example below. Fani is currently logged on to “fk-apps-01,we first run this command:

C:\>query session /server:fk-apps-01, here is the query result:
SESSIONNAME----- USERNAME-----ID-----STATE-------TYPE---DEVICE
services---------------------------------- 0------- Disc
console----------------------------------- 1-------Conn
rdp-tcp#0---------------------fani--------2-------Active-----rdpwd
rdp-tcp 65536 Listen
From the query result we can see that fani has a session ID#2, to kill this session issue the command below:
C:\>reset session 2 /server:fk-apps-01
If you want to see additional information you can run the command above with [/v], see example below:

C:\>reset session 2 /server:fk-apps-01 /v
Resetting session ID 2
