Default Don't have permission to run this file?

Hi Guys,

I have one P.C is a memeber in a Domain. I've installed the Great Plains System on it, but if I want to run the GP Igot error message You don't have permission to open this file. In addition, when I run as and choose the Admin user name and password, it run successfully.

Right Click > Security Tab, the member user is having full control to run that file.

What else ?

Thanks,

Habibalby

Could be a number of things.

Maybe the EXE calls a DLL which te user doesn't have appropriate access to, maybe you have some GPO settings blocking them from running the EXE or 3rd party software which does similar.

Best to call Great Plains (which is owned by MS now isn't it?)

topper.

Yes, it is belongs to MS. But why I have to call them while I installed it in several P.Cs in the Company and these P.Cs are a member of the Same Domain and GP works fine whithout any Problem.
