Hi again,

Another issue

I had to wipe a laptop today and when I put Office back on and renetered the exchange details when I try opening Outlook I always get asked for the username and password, If i enter the details I get access ok, but none of the other computers ask for these details.

I checked the options and they all look fine, I am at my wits end, any ideas?

UPDATE: Got it thankshad to add MSSTD:Server Name

Have a look in Outlook's:
Tools
E-mail Accounts
View or change existing e-mail accounts
Change
More Settings
Security
and remove and TICK that may be be in the User Identification option

wasn't there atall, I had to add a MSSTD option to Outlook for it to work.

Hi all,

for me the following steps did work

* ticking the "always ask username and password" and apply these settings
* Logoff and exit Outlook
* unticking the "always ask username and password" and apply settings
* logoff and exit Outlook
* Logon to outlook... No password asked.
