i have 1 server using ms server 2003 name 'mail' installed with microsoft exchange 2003. My mx record is mail.psvvv.com.my. This is the mail server. (ip is 192.168.100.250)

Now i have a new server also installed with ms server 20I03. I installed ms exchange 2003 and replicate it with the 'mail' server. The replication is successfull. (ip is 192.168.100.2510

I want to make use this new server as the new email server.
What i do:
1. name the new server as 'mail1'
2. transfer all mailbox from mail to mail1
3. change firewall setting to point imap4,pop3,smtp to new server 'mail1'

Does it enough for the step??
i want the old server to remain in the network, i just want to switch the role only.
