installing exchange service pack 2
What should be done before installing service pack 2 on exchange server 2003 on windows small business server. I have seen some issues with people after installing service pack 2 with IMF. I have backed up my exchange using NT BAckup. So I am looking for Step by Step procedure which explains the files that are needed to backed up, uninstalling some services prior to SP2 install or saving some registry entries before hand etc..

Uninstall IMF - reboot(Not necessary. but I advise) - Disable Exchange AV/AS that's it.
